Glitchdeals v1 is in public beta. Anyone can browse the Live Feed and the Deal Graveyard without an account.
v1 focuses on Amazon UK only. Other UK retailers will be added once we're confident the price-history checks behave the same way for them.
Browse the Live Feed for today's verified drops, vote on deals to influence the Heat Score, and check the Graveyard for what's expired and at what price.
What v1 is
Glitchdeals v1 is a public beta of a UK price-drop tracker built around three things: a real-time Live Feed of verified drops, a community-driven Heat Score that ranks them, and a public Graveyard of every deal we've ever surfaced — kept around so claims can be verified after the fact.
It's free to browse. You only need an account to vote on deals or save them, which is what feeds the community rankings.
Why Amazon UK only, for now
v1 covers Amazon UK and nothing else. That's deliberate: it lets us run consistent price-history checks against a single source of truth instead of normalising data across many retailers with different listing structures.
Adding other UK retailers (Currys, Argos, John Lewis and so on) is on the roadmap, but only once the same 90-day comparison logic produces reliable results for them. Our methodology page explains the checks in detail.
How the Heat Score works
Every deal has a Heat Score that combines two things: how many people have voted on it, and how recently. Newer votes count for more, so a deal that was hot yesterday cools off if nobody is engaging with it today. The result is a feed where the top of the page reflects what people are buying right now, not what was popular last week.
Voting is open to any signed-in account. There's no karma gate or quota. The FAQ covers how votes are weighted and how we deal with vote manipulation.
Getting the most out of the Live Feed
A few practical habits that help:
- Open the price-history chart on any deal before buying. It shows whether today's price is genuinely low for that product.
- Use the category filters if you're shopping for something specific — the Live Feed surfaces everything by default.
- For rare algorithmic mispricings, the window is sometimes only a few minutes. Voting and checkout speed both matter more than the size of the discount banner.
v1 is genuinely a beta. Things will change. If you spot a deal we've miscategorised or a price-history claim that looks wrong, the report flags on each deal page send straight to the team — that feedback is what shapes v2.
